This Winter Solstice Jupiter and Neptune will be in perfect alignment! :D You need a telescope to really see it, but even cooler than that, July 30th 2010 we have four planets that will be visible to all (even in the city) and doing something very rare. This is mostly for those in N. America. but go outside right after sunset if you want to see all four. Mercury and Venus will both be on their peak night as the Evening stars, and sitting close by in Virgo will be Saturn and Mars.
I'm planning on doing a star presentation that night so if you want to come, drop me a line.
