Back in 2001 my mother and I drove from Phoenix, Arizona, to Salt Lake, Utah, for a special morning viewing and lesson about Venus. I'm big into star gazing and it seemed like a good excuse to go on a road trip. :) It was just for the weekend, but as we were driving back to Phoenix, we stopped to go through Bryce Canyon. These are some photos I took with my disposable panoramic camera. :P The raven in the two pics near the bottom of the page was actually only about three feet away from me, but because it's a panoramic camera, it makes the raven look more like ten feet away. *.*
